The hybrid design role

I work on both the DesignOps and Product Design teams at CVSHealth. I help build the design system that our product design teams use to design the software. This allows our team to have a dedicated Design Systems Designer who can ensure that components, variables, and variants are being used properly and new ones can be made when needed.
