When you work in the field of Product Design, it is so, so, sooo important to continue learning.
This industry keeps growing, evolving, and expanding, and there are new tools and ways of doing things each and every week. If we don't read blog posts or take online courses or workshops, we might fall behind, and if we fall behind them when we are open to work and looking for our next opportunity, it could hurt our chances of outshining other candidates.
Figma may not always be the tool we use. For the past five years, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Invision have been the industry-leading software.
Plus, if it sticks around, Figma will continue adding new features, such as AI.
Speaking of AI, there are a gazillion new tools companies will want us to use daily.
I write this as an encouragement to expand your horizons and touch the sky of education so that you can grow in your career as a Product Designer and not fall behind.
